Kat's Low Carb Nutty Granola
By Kathryn-In a large (4 qt.) saucepan, Add, melt and mix together...
3/4 cup Organic
Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. green
stevia powder, (could substitute white packaged)
1/4 cup powdered
Erythritol
2 tsp. liquid Stevia
3 oz. macadamia
nuts, raw, chopped
1/4 cup raw, Raw
Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup pecans,
chopped
1/2 cup Raw
Sunflower Seed
2 cup walnuts,
chopped
1 cup Sliced
Almonds
1 cup Flaked
Coconut, Unsweetened
1 cup Medium
Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
1/4 cup Coconut
Flour
1/4 cup Almond
Meal/Flour
1/2 cup Ground
Flax Meal
1 cup Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp. ground
Cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
When all is mixed together well.... Place out onto 2 parchment lined baking sheets.... Bake at 300 degrees, Stirring well, every 5 minutes, being careful to not let burn, Bake for around 30 minutes, or until golden... ..... Remove from oven and COOL very well before putting into a closed container, (I used glass jars).... I store in refrigerator and use as needed.....
Makes 11 cups.... Makes 44 - (1/4 cup) servings.... Each 1/4 cup serving -
