Chocolate Chia Gelatin Dessert

In Nutribullet....

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup boiling water
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. sugar free chocolate syrup (Torani or DaVinci Coffee Syrups)
1/2 tsp. liquid stevia or to taste
1/4 c. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or other flavor
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin powder

Blend very well.... pour into 4 ramekins or small dishes, cover and refrigerate....

  1. For the chocolate syrup are you using Torani/DaVinci or Hersheys SF Syrup?

    1. Sorry for not making that more clear.... When I made this recipe I used the Torani..... But I believe either would be yummy... I will fix that in the recipe!...Thanks!!!
