Lemon Cream Gelatin

In blender….. add all ingredients...
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cup boiling water
Juice and Zest of 2 lemons, strained
1/2 c. sugar free Lemon or Lemon-Lime syrup,
Torani (OR granulated sweetener + 1/3 water to equal 1/2 sugar + 1 tsp lemon extract)
1 tsp. liquid stevia or to taste
2 tsp. vanilla extract or other flavor
Dash of Himalayan Pink Salt
4 tsp. OR 2 envelopes, unflavored gelatin powder
Blend VERY well.... pour into 8 ramekins or
small dishes, or large dish.... cover and refrigerate....
